Terms of Service
These terms describe how NextSoftware Generation works with clients to deliver software development services, manage intellectual property, and support a successful engagement.
We provide software development, consulting, design, and deployment services as outlined in project proposals. Specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Clients must provide timely access to project requirements, review materials, and feedback. Delays in client approvals may affect the project schedule.
Fees are billed according to the agreed schedule. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.
Unless otherwise agreed, clients own the rights to the final deliverables once full payment has been received. We retain the right to use general knowledge and reusable components in other projects.
We strive to deliver reliable software, but our services are provided "as is" unless a separate warranty agreement is put in place.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the applicable services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
